We work with a talented group of builders and artisans to create lighting, ironwork, tile, sculpture, and landscape that adds to the quality and uniqueness of each building.

Winner of the 2024 North Street Book Prize in the Art Book category! In his book, THE FIG DISTRICT, Jeff tells the stories behind eight of his most colorful downtown Santa Barbara buildings, from first meetings with adventurous clients, to creating early concept sketches and final drawings, to the “merry band of artisans” that bring each project to life. Jason Rick’s beautiful photos reveal each building’s interior and hand-crafted elements, and there’s a map page so the book can be used as a companion on an eight block “Walking Tour.”
